Why do we recommend online booking?
We kindly ask you to choose online booking instead of making a reservation by phone or email.
Due to the nature of our activities, personal contact can sometimes be difficult. During the season, we are often either sitting in a boat, guiding a tour, or on the road. Processing the large number of incoming emails can often be a challenge, so replies may be delayed or, in some cases, may not arrive.
How online booking works
Choose the experience you want
Find the tour or program you would like to join.
Read the program description
Review the description, conditions and information related to the experience.
Click the “Book now” button
Or choose one of the available days marked in green in the calendar.
Choose a time
Select the departure time that works best for you.
Enter the number of participants
Select how many people you would like to book for.
Fill in the required details
Enter the requested details. For a final total above €150, 50% is payable at the time of booking. The system charges a 6% fee on top of the tour price, but this extra cost is offset by the more favorable online prices.
Add to cart
Click the “Add to cart” button.
Add more experiences
You can add more experiences to your cart by clicking the “Continue shopping” button. Choose a time, but make sure it does not overlap with another program. The system automatically inserts the details you previously entered into the new booking, making this step very quick.
Complete and pay
Enter the payment details, then click the “Complete and pay” button.
Confirmation email
After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email in your inbox with the participation tickets and all other necessary information.
